SHIPPING

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders of $500 or more. For orders under $500, please refer to the chart below.

Delivery options and times may vary. In-stock orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via FedEx. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package(s) have been shipped. While we do our best to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible, delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier.

 

RETURNS

Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to request an exchange or refund by emailing us at help@fortyfiveten.com. A $10 shipping fee will be applied to every returned order. In respect to our environment, we do not include a return form with your order. Rather, please email us at help@fortyfiveten.com to request a return. Include your order number as well as the item name(s) that you wish to return in your email. Within a business day, if the item is returnable, we will send you an email with return instructions, including a return label; please do not mail us any item prior to receiving these instructions. All items must be returned in original and unused condition, with their original tags and packaging.

Please note: Certain items are not returnable, including final sale merchandise (see below), beauty, intimate apparel, and special order items. There will be no price-adjustments for items sold prior to sale.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if you choose to ship your order using a method other than provided prepaid label. Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping and duty charges.

Items purchased online may also be returned at our Downtown Dallas Forty Five Ten store during normal business hours within 14 days of receiving your order. Please bring the invoice included with your order when returning an item. For store hours, please click here.

Once received, please allow up to 72 business hours for us to process your return.

 

FINAL SALE
The following are not returnable at any time: beauty, intimate apparel, special order items, and any item marked Final Sale on the online product page or at the store at the time of purchase. If sent back, non-returnable items will not be refunded or credited, and will be returned back to the customer at the customers expense.
