Standard – Estimated delivery in 3–4 business days: $20
Express – Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days: $35
Delivery options and times may vary. In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via FedEx. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.
Returns
Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to request an exchange or refund by emailing help@fortyfiveten.com. A $25 shipping fee applies to all returned orders.
To reduce paper waste, we do not include return forms with orders. Instead, email help@fortyfiveten.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If your item is eligible, we'll email you return instructions and a prepaid return label. Please do not send merchandise back until you receive these instructions.
All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Please note that beauty products, intimate apparel, special-order items, and Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Price adjustments are not available for items purchased prior to a sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if you choose to return your order using a method other than the provided prepaid label. International customers are responsible for all return shipping and duty charges.
Online purchases may also be returned to our Downtown Dallas Forty Five Ten store within 14 days of delivery. Please bring the invoice included with your shipment. For store hours, click here.
Please allow up to 72 business hours after receipt for your return to be processed.
