In 2014, Forty Five Ten was acquired by Dallas-based Headington Companies and two years later relocated from its original location at 4510 McKinney Avenue to the heart of downtown Dallas, joining its larger family of hospitality, restaurant, and retail brands. In 2026, we expanded west with our second location in Fort Worth’s Cultural District.
