  • HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

    Simply select your size and/or color, and click the ADD TO BAG button whenever you see a product you'd like to purchase. At any time, click the bag icon on the top right of the screen to see what items you've selected. When you're ready to checkout, simply click the bag and follow the checkout path. If at any point you need any help, please e-mail us at help@fortyfiveten.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.

  • I'm looking for something in particular. How can I find it?

    At any time, click the magnifying glass in the top right hand corner and type in the designer, style, or item for which you're looking. You can also look for specific designers or categories by using the navigation along the top of the page. This navigation can be accessed by hovering over WOMEN, MEN, or 4510/SIX on a desktop computer, or by clicking the hamburger nav in the upper left hand corner of a mobile or tablet device.   • How do I know if an item is available?

    Most items shown are in stock and are available to purchase online. To see if a particular size is available, please click the size button and they'll display in a dropdown. Some items are only available for purchase in store; this will be noted on the product page. And sometimes an item is temporarily unavailable; this will also be noted on the product page. Simply sign up to be notified if it returns, and we will send you an e-mail as soon as it is available for purchase. 

  • Can I use more than one payment method?

    Not at this time.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    For online purchases, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. 

  • Can I order by telephone?

    Not at this time. But you can always e-mail us at help@fortyfiveten.com if you need assistance with your order.

  • Can I ship to more than one address for the same order?

    Not at this time.

  • How do I unsubscribe from e-mails?

    Please visit MY ACCOUNT by clicking the silhouette in the upper right hand corner, and change your preferences in the NOTIFICATION SETTINGS. 

  • Is it safe to use my credit card at FortyFiveTen.com?

    Yes. We take your privacy very seriously and ensure that your purchase is secure. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers; therefore, they are protected from any breach of security on FortyFiveTen.com. In addition, we partner with a fraud protection agency.

  • Did my order go through?

    You'll receive an e-mail acknowledging your order once is it placed. We will then verify your credit card details and delivery address, and then locate the items selected. Upon doing so, we will e-mail to let you know that your order has shipped, and when to expect it. We will also include a tracking number so that you can check on the status of your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you via e-mail to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. 

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number in your order confirmation e-mail and in your order history. Just click that number for specific details regarding your order's delivery.

  • Can I change my order?

    If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it and then place a new order.

  • When will I get my order?

    Please refer to the shipping method selected in checkout (and referred to on your shipping confirmation e-mail) for an estimate of when your order will be delivered. Once your order is shipped, you may refer to the tracking number on your shipping confirmation e-mail for more specific details regarding your order.

  • Can I pick up my order at a Forty Five Ten store?

    Yes! You can pick up your order at our Downtown Dallas location. Simply click PICK UP AT STORE when selecting your SHIPPING ADDRESS.

  • Can my order be delivered the same day?

    If you live in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, we may be able to deliver your order the same day. For more information, please e-mail us at help@fortyfiveten.com

  • Can I return my order?

    Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to request an exchange or refund by e-mailing us at returns@fortyfiveten.com. In respect to our environment, we do not include a return form with your order. Rather, please e-mail us at returns@fortyfiveten.com to request a return. Include your order number as well as the item name(s) that you wish to return in your e-mail. Within 24 hours, we will send you an e-mail with return instructions; please do not mail us any item prior to receiving these instructions.

    All items must be returned in original and unused condition, with their original tags and packaging.

    Please note: Certain items are not returnable, including final sale merchandise, beauty, intimate apparel, and special order items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping and duty charges.

  • DO YOU MAKE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

    Price adjustment requests will be honored on purchases of full-price merchandise that is marked down within 7 days of your order being placed. Please submit your request with your order number via email to help@fortyfiveten.com. The exact style, color, and size must be available at the lower price when submitting the request.

    We do not match other website’s promotions or promotional discounts. 

  • May I return an online purchase to a Forty Five Ten store?

    Yes, we will gladly take your return at a Forty Five Ten store during normal business hours. Please bring the invoice included with your order when returning an item at a store location. For store locations and hours, click here.

  • I forgot my password. Can I still order?

    Yes. Follow the "Forgot my password" steps on the My Account page. It is not secure to send your old password via e-e-mail.

  • Why are some products unavailable to ship to my location?

    There are national and state regulations regarding shipping certain products to specific countries and states. 

  • Why am I being asked to provide my Tax ID or a Power of Attorney form?

    Forty Five Ten takes the security of its customers very seriously. For this reason, you may be asked to provide specific documents to secure the release of your order. For US orders over US $2,500, you may be required to provide your tax ID; for US orders over US $5,000, you may be required to complete a Power of Attorney form, which confirms you as the importer of the items (Customer Care will send this to you if it is required).   • Can my order be gift wrapped?

    At this time, we are unable to provide gift wrapping for our online customers.

  • When will merchandise be on sale?

    Forty Five Ten holds seasonal sales. Also, because of the limited nature of our stock, items and certain sizes may not be available later in the season. 

  • Do I have to pay duty and import charges for order shipped to CANADA?

    Yes. These charges are determined by several factors including the country of manufacture of the item being purchased. These charges will be specified in your order total during the checkout process. Please note, duty is applied as a flat-rate percentage of total item value for all products.

    We do not refund international shipping costs.

  • Is my personal information secure?

    All information you share with us will be confidential. We will not share, rent, or sell your personal information without your permission. Please consult our Terms and Conditions statement. To register with our site, we ask for your e-mail and name. You may opt out of us sending you e-mails regarding new merchandise and promotions when doing so. You may also do so at a later date by clicking MY ACCOUNT and the NOTIFICATION SETTINGS. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers; therefore, they are protected from any breach of security on FortyFiveTen.com. User behavior information is observed to improve the customer experience and will not be shared with any outside parties.

  • What can I do to keep my account safe?

    When setting your password:
    - Create one with at least eight characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character 
    - Do not use a password on FortyFiveTen that you use anywhere else, including our email and other website accounts. That way, if your password on another website is exposed, it cannot be used on FortyFiveTen.com.
    - We do not require you to update your password after a set period of time, but we do recommend that you update your password periodically. 
    - If you suspect any accounts have been comprised, change your FortyFiveTen password following the above guidelines.

  • My questions aren't answered here. How can I contact someone?

    E-mail us anytime at help@fortyfiveten.com, and we will reply within 24 hours.

  • May I buy a gift card online?

    Not at this time.

  • I have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Did my order ship?

    We review all orders to protect our company and our customers. This review period may take longer during busy periods. If you have further concerns, please e-mail us at help@fortyfiveten.com.

  • What iF my merchandise is incorrect or damaged?

    Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us immediately at help@fortyfiveten.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
