As Forty Five Ten’s influence has grown, so has its footprint. Our flagship on Dallas’ Main Street, unveiled in November 2016, is emblematic of Forty Five Ten’s growth under the ownership of Dallas-based Headington Companies—as well as a linchpin of the city’s downtown renaissance. The four levels of extraordinary merchandise for her, for him and for home are crowned with the penthouse restaurant, Mirador.

The first Forty Five Ten store outside Dallas, a 3,300-square-foot location in Houston’s River Oaks District, debuted in December 2016. Spring 2017 marked another first: the transformation of Forty Five Ten’s original Dallas storefront at 4510 McKinney Ave. into the new concept For Home. The 8,000-square-foot space spotlights furniture, décor and art from ten internationally recognized firms, and also houses the legendary T Room lunch spot.

In July 2017, Forty Five Ten grew yet again with the opening of our first store outside Texas, in Napa Valley. The 865-foot boutique in Yountville, California offers a tightly curated mix of women’s and men’s fashion, home, apothecary and gift items. The location is just steps away from Chef Thomas Keller’s famed restaurants The French Laundry and Bouchon.

Fall 2018, Forty Five Ten opens its new Aspen location, a jewel box boutique focused on women’s ready-to-wear and design objects—right by the Aspen Art Museum.

In Spring 2019, Forty Five Ten makes its New York debut with a 16,000-square-foot, multi-section store in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards.

Forty Five Ten has been a Farfetch retail partner since 2014. A dedicated Forty Five Ten e-commerce site is in development.
