Kristen Cole, President and Chief Creative Officer

Forty Five Ten merges fashion and art, inciting the new, the unconventional, the eclectic, and the inspired. The brand presents global luxury and emerging talent with a 400+ designer roster across women’s, men’s, design, and beauty categories, including Prada, Celine, Dries Van Noten, Balenciaga, Loewe, Rosie Assoulin, and Sies Marjan, among many others.

In 2018, Kristen Cole was appointed as the Forty Five Ten President and Chief Creative Officer, setting in motion the next iteration of growth that includes additional brick-and-mortar locations, a robust ecommerce platform, and an expansion of the retail concept with the inclusion of 4510/SIX, a platform for emerging fashion and design. Cole’s vision and leadership cultivates the potential for new concepts, partnerships, and programming across the company portfolio.

In November 2018, a new Aspen location opened down the street from the Aspen Art Museum, focused on women’s exclusive ready-to-wear and design objects. In Spring 2019, Forty Five Ten mades its New York debut with a 16,000-square-foot, multi-section store at The Shops at Hudson Yards in New York.

Special Features

Special services include women’s and men’s personalized styling, fragrance consultation, custom gift selection, and unique, private shopping events. We also host designer personal appearances and trunk shows regularly in our stores. Customers can stay informed by following our social media accounts and through our Events page at fortyfiveten.com. The online Editorial section offers even more content with stories about our seasonal photoshoots that focus on the interplay between fashion and art, along with interviews with some of our friends working in the creative space. One unifying feature of all Forty Five Ten stores is the museum-quality art collection displayed throughout, featuring works by Jose Davila, Tracey Emin, Catherine Opie, and Juergen Teller, among others.

Founded in 2000 by Brian Bolke and Shelly Musselman, Forty Five Ten immediately established its trademark sensibility thanks to a strong assortment of experimental and unconventional designers.

Headington Companies acquired the brand in 2014, expanding its footprint with the opening of a flagship store in the heart of downtown Dallas in 2016. An emblem of the city’s urban renaissance, the 37,000-square-foot, four-story building features three retail levels including 4510/SIX, beauty and fragrance and No Aloha café on the main floor; women’s designer ready-to-wear, jewelry, shoes, handbags, and accessories on the second floor; men’s ready-to-wear and accessories and Forty Five Ten corporate offices on the third floor; and Mirador, a top-floor restaurant. In 2017, Forty Five Ten opened its doors in Napa Valley in Yountville, followed by a Miami location which opened 2018 and focuses on an edit under the 4510/SIX division. Our second location in Dallas’ Highland Park Village features a tight curation of our favorite designers.
